- We have been at the forefront of innovative pricing for legal services. In addition to the standard hourly rate based fees, we offer fees contingent on our success in both litigation and non-litigation representations. For example, in appropriate circumstances, we will perform securities and financing work on a contingent fee basis.

- We also offer hybrid fee structures, combining fixed fees with contingent components and hourly fees with components contingent on our success.
