Brewer & Pritchard, P.C. is a truly green law firm.  We care about the environment.  We prefer to use our intellectual abilities over paper.

We became totally paperless early in the 21st Century, while others laughed or snorted.  Today, all federal courts and nearly all state courts in Texas and nationwide have mandatory, paperless filing requirements.

That kind of commitment to technology is not new for us.

In 1992, we were the first Houston law firm and one of the first in the nation to use tele-commuting, allowing people like new moms and dads to work from home, and doing our part in reducing smog.

In 1994, we were the first law firm in Houston to employ a totally digital law library, housed at that time on site in a CD-Rom tower we had specially built.

In 1995, we were the first Houston law firm with our own domain name and an active website which we have had ever since.

As a result of our well-known and long-standing embrace of cutting-edge technology, we and our clients have enjoyed a competitive advantage.  Wherever we are in the world, and whether we are in court or at a client's office, the entire content of our paperless office is always available.  This helps us keep our fees and expenses low and our responsiveness high.  (It also saves lugging lots of boxes around.)

We are constantly looking for new ways to apply our green-friendly attitude in better service to our clients and the legal profession.  We invoice paperlessly.  We communicate in writing exclusively paperlessly.  We help our clients maximize their own technological advantages.

We even have a green colored mast-head, now in its sixth, paperless year.  And this is no passing fad:   green has been our signature color since 1992, the year after we were established.
